CyberArk Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer

 

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CyberArk IAM Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of CyberArk solutions to ensure secure and compliant access to our systems and resources. This role requires expertise in CyberArk products and a strong understanding of IAM principles.

Responsibilities:

  1. Solution Design:
  • Design and architect CyberArk IAM solutions based on business requirements and security best practices.
  • Develop detailed technical specifications for the implementation of CyberArk components.
  1. Implementation and Configuration:
  • Install, configure, and customize CyberArk products, including but not limited to CyberArk Privileged Access Security (PAS), Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), and Privilege Session Manager (PSM).
  • Integrate CyberArk solutions with existing systems and applications.
  1. Privileged Access Management:
  • Implement and manage privileged access controls and workflows.
  • Configure and monitor session management to ensure secure privileged access.
  1. Identity Lifecycle Management:
  • Develop and implement processes for managing the lifecycle of privileged identities.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of privileged identity data throughout its lifecycle.
  1. Security Compliance:
  • Enforce security policies and standards related to privileged access.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
  1. Troubleshooting and Support:
  • Provide technical support for CyberArk solutions, including issue resolution and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
  1. Documentation:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for CyberArk configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Keep documentation up-to-date to reflect changes in the CyberArk environment.
  1. Collaboration and Training:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security, network, and application teams
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal staff on CyberArk best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a CyberArk IAM Engineer with a focus on CyberArk Privileged Access Security.
  • In-depth knowledge of CyberArk products, including EPV, PSM, and Central Policy Manager (CPM).
  • Experience with integrating CyberArk solutions into various systems and platforms.
  • Familiarity with privileged access controls and related security standards.
  • Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and customization.
  • Relevant certifications in CyberArk or related areas are a plus.
