The right candidates will be knowledgeable in the area of endpoint Security products, and will play a key role in providing detailed technical information to our sales, marketing, engineering and product management teams to help position Uptycs, Inc, against key competitors. You will work with cutting edge technology in the domains of EDR/XDR, Compliance, Vulnerability management, Threat management for a SaaS product.
What you’ll do:
Prioritize and define “what” we should build, and closely collaborate with engineering teams on the “how” to deliver differentiating capabilities and customer delight
Play a key role in the development of go-to-market plans and our narrative in the market, including internal enablement of customer-facing teams
Represent the voice of the market during product planning and launching new products / features for our expanding security portfolio
Work closely with customers (and customer-facing teams) to deliver product success
Lead the end-to-end success of projects from discovery to launch
Collaborate to build a product vision and maintain the roadmap for your product offering
Define, document and prioritize requirements based on new innovations, delivery targets, competitive landscape and customer feedback
Collaborate with engineering, UI/UX, marketing and other cross-functional teams to align business strategy and support growth
Assist with analyzing product market trends to identify new business opportunities
Support the customer-facing teams by communicating product roadmap and enablement
Influence key stakeholders across our organization to align intent and prioritization
What you must have:
Minimum 8+ years of Total Experience
3+ years of cybersecurity experience
Hands-on endpoint security experience
Aptitude to quickly come up to speed on new technology concepts
A passion for resourceful and creative problem-solving
Team player and leader, with the ability to influence without direct authority
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with autonomy
Experience positioning technical products to technical users and business decision makers
Strong customer focus and possess a track record of successful customer engagements
